Venable Janine

Janine Venable has been performing on stage and in tv and film for over 20 years. In
September of 2021, she won “Best Actress” at the Golden Door International Film
Festival for her leading role in “Every Night and Every Day” (soon to be streaming on
Amazon). Favorite stage roles include Blanche duBois /“Tennessee Williams: A
Celebration”, Hermia/Midsummer Nights Dream, the Nurse/Romeo and Juliet(Edinburgh
Festival, Scotland) and ensemble in John O’Keefe’s “Ghosts” at OFT. TV credits
include 2 years on “General Hospital” as Veronica Bowles, the French speaking
Lucienne in Shonda Rhimes’ pilot, “The Catch”, and guest appearances on shows such
as “Baskets”, “X Files” and “Crossing Jordan”. Janine graduated from Smith College
and attended the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center.
